Cette moto, qui rivalise avec le ratio poids/performance de la fameuse Shelby Cobra 427 S/C, a été développée en partenariat entre les deux compagnies, et sera construite par Rucker Performance, sous license de Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc.
Une fourche de type course est assistée par un système de freinage haute performance avec disques carbone, tandis que la boite 6 à commande électrique et les suspensions pneumatiques assurent le confort. Pour préserver la légèreté de la moto, la partie suppérieure et les jantes sont en fibre de carbone.
Le moteur est un S&S X-Wedge 128 c.i.d. de 150 ch. Rucker Performance est un des cinq seuls constructeurs à avoir accès à la puissance de ce nouveau moteur, et une de ses premières applications est la nouvelle Shelby motorcycle.

Racing-style front forks and a high performance braking system with ceramic brake rotors, while the 1-6 electric shifting system and air ride suspension make it comfortable. To keep the bike svelte, the upper body and wheels were built of carbon fiber.
The engine is a 150 HP S&S X-Wedge 128 c.i.d.. Rucker Performance is one of only five manufacturers to have access to the powerful new engine and one of the first applications is in the new Shelby motorcycle.
